Information contained in communications you send to us, including customer support inquiries, account-related messages, dispute notices, verification correspondence, survey responses, and any other communications submitted through email, contact forms, chat tools, or other channels.
Transaction and Activity Information.
Information relating to your interactions with the Service, including records relating to Arena Gem purchases, pack openings, promotional participation, Promotional Games, trade activity, fulfillment requests, account actions, and other feature usage.

Device and Technical Information.
Information such as device type, browser type, operating system, language settings, app version, time zone, screen resolution, unique device identifiers, and similar technical data.

Information regarding how you access and use the Service, including pages viewed, features used, buttons clicked, content viewed, session duration, navigation paths, interactions with packs, games, trades, inventory displays, and similar activity information.

Shipping, Fulfillment, Storage, and Service Partners.

We may use your information to create and manage your account, authenticate logins, support simulation and promotional features, process pack openings, maintain digital inventory records, operate trade features, process Physical Fulfillment requests, and provide other functionality made available through the Service.
To process transactions and account activity. We may use your information to process Arena Gem purchases, manage transaction records, detect failed or reversed payments, review account activity, administer promotional features, and support related account actions and service operations.
To verify identity, eligibility, and compliance. We may use your information to verify your identity, age, location, payment method, source of funds, source of wealth, or eligibility for particular features; to conduct fraud screening and compliance checks; and to satisfy legal, regulatory, risk-management, or security requirements.
To communicate with you. We may use your information to send service-related messages, account notices, verification requests, fulfillment updates, security alerts, support responses, legal notices, policy updates, and other communications relating to your account or the Service.

Where permitted by applicable law, Pull Arena may share limited information with advertising, attribution, and marketing partners to support campaign measurement, audience analysis, conversion tracking, and related promotional activities.

Pull Arena does not represent that any particular marketing or advertising provider will always be used, and may add, remove, or change such providers from time to time.

Verification and compliance information. Where Pull Arena collects identity verification, age verification, location verification, source-of-funds, source-of-wealth, or other compliance-related information, Pull Arena may retain such information for as long as reasonably necessary to satisfy legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, audit, dispute-resolution, or enforcement requirements.
Analytics, technical, and device information. Pull Arena may retain analytics data, usage data, device information, log records, error reports, and similar technical information for as long as reasonably necessary to maintain security, troubleshoot problems, improve the Service, prevent abuse, and support internal analytics and reporting. Pull Arena may honor such rights to the extent required by applicable law and subject to applicable exceptions, limitations, verification requirements, and legal obligations.

Pull Arena may require you to provide information reasonably necessary to verify your identity, confirm your authority, and understand the scope of your request before taking action.
