A mystery slab is a Pull Arena product built around a single professionally graded Pokémon card — usually a PSA or TAG grade of 9 or 10 — giving you a shot at pulling something valuable.

Every pack's odds are published up front, before you open anything. Each result is produced with Random.org, so outcomes stay provably fair and can be independently checked.

Each opening is driven by Random.org, mixing a server seed, a client seed tied to your username, and a nonce derived from your pack number. That combination makes every result reproducible and verifiable.

All payments run through Stripe, so your card and billing details stay encrypted and protected.

Open your profile, choose withdraw, and mark the cards or slabs you would like delivered. We take care of packing and shipping from there.

For withdrawals worth more than $100 in cards (slabs not included), express UPS delivery is on us and usually arrives within one to three days, anywhere in the world.

No — those costs are entirely on us. The only money you spend is what you deposit on the site.

Turnaround depends on the size of the order, but we aim to have orders of fewer than 50 cards processed within about six business days.

Yes. Every parcel is fully tracked and requires an adult signature on arrival; where an adult signature cannot be collected, a standard signature is accepted instead.

Absolutely. Cards can be sold back instantly for balance, usually at 80–90% of market value, with slabs sitting around 90%.

Yes. Our marketplace lets you trade cards with other collectors, and the listings refresh often as new offers appear and disappear.

There is no minimum to withdraw, though orders below $100 in card value carry a flat $20 shipping charge.
